I <3 Full Body Workouts

I
Full Body Workouts because I can get it done in about an hour (add 15 minutes for workout two), I only need to train 3-4 days a week (M-W-F “or” M-T-TH-F) and, I really like the variety.
These are actual examples of some of my Full Body Workouts.
Workout One
Squats:
Shoulder Press:
Pec Deck:
Seated Rows (close grip):
Bicep Curls (dumbbells):
Tricep Press Downs (v-bar):
Workout Two
Leg Extension:
Hamstring Curls:
Front Lateral Raises:
Side Lateral Raise:
Bench Press:
Standing Bent Row:
Bicep Curls (EZ Bar):
Tricep Press Downs (rope):
Workout Three
Hip Extension:
Shoulder Preses (dumbbells):
Dumbbell Flyes:
Seated One Arm Rows:
Bicep Curls (straight bar):
Tricep Kickbacks:
As you can see, I like to change up my exercises throughout my training week. I begin with a lighter weight and pyramid up, 3-4 sets, 1-2 minute rests between sets (1 minute for light sets – 2 minutes for heavy sets). And, I often do low impact cardio immediately after.

My Home Gym

When I’m not training with a Personal Trainer or a Gym Partner, I train in the comfort of my own home. I have a small home gym that is stocked with everything that I need to have a decent workout (3-4 days a week). I have an elliptical, recumbent bike, dumbbells, and a Vectra multi-station gym. The multi-station is great because, I can do everything from Shoulder Presses to Squats and, Bicep Curls to Flyes. *I luv it*

The Vectra 1400 is specially designed to fit into compact spaces. So, if you enjoy working out in the privacy of your own home and are limited on space….this model is perfect! It fits snuggly into a corner and takes up a footprint of roughly 6′x6′.
As for my cardio equipment, I did quite a bit searching for cardio equipment before I decided on purchasing from NordicTrack. The NordicTrack products are well made for home use and, should anything break during your warranty, they won’t give you a run around. They respond quickly and are also very helpful!
